This bug is for myself as a reference and to close it once we have
fixed the comment in the graphviz package.
If you read https://github.com/ellson/graphviz/issues/1267 you'll
find out that ksh-93, which we don't have (yet) is the shell which
should be able to run the test suite of graphviz.
I'm currently debugging the build of ksh-93 and I also need to read
every header of it to check if we have one bit of AT&T proprietary
copyright in there. As fedora packages it, the chances are high that
it can just be used as-is, but we should check it nevertheless.

Am closing the issue. Looks like we can do a simple update of graphviz
and keep the same functionality without running tests or switching to
the cmake-build-system.
